Superior Ag

A group of volunteers representing the agriculture industry and Chico State alumni from central and northern California enjoy an awards dinner after they participated in the Chico State Superior Ag Golf Classic Tournament

Superior Ag is a non-profit organization created to serve Chico State’s College of Agriculture in the following areas:

  • Advise the College of Agriculture Dean and Faculty on Strategic initiatives and Industry trends/issues
  • Support and promote the College of Agriculture programs in the areas of:
    • Development: including but not limited to funding for scholarships, budgetary needs of the college, faculty curriculum
    • Industry engagement through promotion of the College of Agriculture brand and establishing faculty and student networking opportunities
    • Enhance student opportunities through learning aligned Mentoring and Internships
  • Support fundraising and awareness raising events such as the annaul golf tournament, Colusa Farm Breakfast and more.
