The museum is here to support K-12 learners at home. Be sure to check back often for new materials and be sure to visit our Family Activities, Musuem YouTube, and Museum in a Box pages for more learning and fun.
The museum partners with instructors and professors to create learning opportunities for college courses. For more information about learning opportunities, email us at anthromuseum@csuchico.edu.
Artifacts can be reserved/viewed for special course use as well.
Send your class for extra credit or to deepen their knowledge on a particular exhibit topic. Contact us to reserve a time.
Check out one of our “Museum in a Box” lending kits with artifacts and teaching materials. Each box features real artifacts to enhance virtual classroom learning and align with Common Core Standards. Box topics include California Indians, Human Origins, and Hmong Stories.
These boxes are available for 3 weeks at a time. They are designed as stand alone units or to reinforce a thematic unit in your classroom.
