Clinical Practice

Credential Candidates at Chico State are in at least two semester-long teaching practica that provide a developmental sequence of carefully planned substantive, supervised, quality field experiences in K-12 classrooms including opportunities to observe and apply democratic practices.

The Clinical Practice Office within the School of Education acts as a liaison and provides support to all credential candidates (CC), Cooperating/Local/Mentor Teachers (CT/LST/MT), University Supervisors (Supervisors), and our local administrator partners.
