ATLAS Information

Temporary Use of ATLAS

For the Spring 2025 semester, all students enrolled in the following courses will be utilizing ATLAS, our virtual observation experience program:

  • EDTE 255, section 2
  • EDTE 265, section 2
  • EDTE 265, section 72

If you are enrolled in a section of the above listed courses and have questions about ATLAS, please reach out to your course instructor. Students participating in ATLAS observations will be enrolled in the service by our department at the start of the semester and do not have to complete a volunteer clearance application. 

For the Spring 2025 semester, all students enrolled in the following courses will participate in in-person volunteering within local, public K-12 schools and will be required to complete the Early Field Experience volunteer clearance process prior to starting their volunteer service. 

  • EDTE 255, section 1
  • EDTE 265, section 1
  • EDTE 570, section 1
  • AGED 210, section 1
  • MATH 195, section 1
  • MATH 295, section 2
  • MUSC 220-01, section 1
  • CHLD 492, section 1

Please review the volunteer clearance process as outlined below for information on volunteer eligibility. The Spring 2025 Early Field Experience Student Application will be made available via email and this webpage the week prior to the start of the Fall semester.
