School of Education

The School of Education Teacher Credential Programs work with close to 450 Cooperating and Local Support Teachers across 74 partnering school districts in a large, rural service region of Northern California.

Collaborating with nearly 10% of the school districts and County Offices of Education in the Golden State, the School of Education fills a critical role in providing well prepared, credentialed teachers in grades TK-12. Offering a robust education preparation program serving rural, urban cluster and urbanized areas, we are truly unique.

    Internships

    The Internship Pathway is an alternative pathway to earning a California Teaching Credential.  The internship program allows a candidate to be the teacher of record in an approved K-12 classroom while earning their preliminary teaching credential.
