Note: Check your Degree Progress Report (DPR) to confirm that it is fully in progress to complete this semester. There should be no red boxes on your DPR. If you have any incompletes from a previous semester those must be cleared before you can be recommended. Once all courses have been completed your DPR will be all green checkmarks.

Your master’s degree must post before we can recommend you for your credential at the CTC. Recommendations will happen in late June into July.

Disclaimer: All candidates must have a "clear" credential and if you hold a teaching credential, you must hold a valid English Learner Authorization at the CTC at time of recommendation. You can not be recommended to the CTC until this is completed and posted at the CTC.

Instructions on how to complete the CTC recommendation once Chico State has recommended you to the Commission. Make sure your email address is up-to-date at the CTC to make sure you don't miss important emails.
