Seminar Series

Three students attend Senator Schiff's presentation.

The Department of Biological Sciences hosts a weekly seminar series dedicated to advancing scientific literacy and research engagement at Chico State. This series provides a platform for guest speakers, faculty, and students to share current biological research. Academic credit is offered through enrollment in BIOL 492.

Omicron Theta Epsilon (OTE) hosts a pre-seminar coffee social at 3:30 to give students a direct, casual avenue to interact with departmental faculty and guest speakers.
