The annual College of Natural Sciences Poster Session is an established event where students, faculty and clubs have the opportunity to present their original research or student activities to the College, University and Chico Community. This event is organized by college faculty members.

How to Participate

    Submit Your Abstract

    In order to present at the Poster Session, you must submit an abstract for consideration. The deadline is April 10, 2026 by 5 p.m..

    Poster Guidelines

    Available poster space is 6 feet wide by 4 feet tall. Suggested poster dimensions are 4'x3'. Your department may have support for poster printing.

    If they do not, posters can be printed through the Student Print Center at Meriam Library where prices range from $10-$40 depending on options chosen.

About the Event
The annual College of Natural Sciences Poster Session is an established event where students, faculty and clubs have the opportunity to present their original research or student activities to the College, University and Chico Community. This event is organized by college faculty members.

  • See interesting and exciting research and community projects done within our college
  • Encourage students to perform hands-on impactful research or community projects
  • Help the NSC students and faculty

How to Become a Judge
To become a judge, please complete the judge sign up form. Judges will have the opportunity to view posters on Monday, April 27th, 2026, anytime between 10 am and 2:30 pm (quiet judging from 10-11am).
