Dive into the world of food, farming, and the global industry that powers it all. Housed in one of the nation’s top colleges for agriculture, our agricultural business minor will hit all the high notes in the microcosm of food production.
Learn about operations of small to medium-sized ag businesses and today’s food and farming industry while embracing real-world learning at our University Farm. A business background will bolster your job prospects across the agriculture industry, as you master skills and build knowledge related to sales, finance, and emerging technologies.
After mastering the basics on agricultural finance and statistics, you’ll have your pick of classes related to accounting, economics, and science. Then expand your knowledge with classes in government regulations, pest and disease control, and climate change and resource management.
