The minor in Asian American Studies is an interdisciplinary program that examines the racialized experiences, cultures, histories, concerns, and contributions of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans.

It emphasizes connections with the community while focusing on the American experiences of people from the Central, North, South, and East Asian areas as well as the Pacific Islands. We welcome students from a variety of academic and cultural backgrounds into our minor program, which will prepare them to enter a multicultural workforce.
