If you're interested in the food industry, our minor in foodservice administration is a great choice. You'll learn how nutrients are used in the body and how ingredients affect food quality, as well as develop skills in all aspects of the industry, from the ins-and-outs of running a successful operation to food preparation, taste-testing, and budgeting.
