As you study the cultures and languages of Chicanx/Latinx peoples, as well as the unique historical and contemporary issues faced by these groups, you will uncover the critical contributions they have made to our community, state, nation, and world.

You’ll learn to examine these cultures through a framework of social justice and anti-racism as you engage in lively discussions and develop your skills in critical thinking, reading, and writing. And you will do all that with great support from an advisor dedicated to helping you succeed.
