Want to make a difference in people’s lives and communities? A minor in social work gives you a strong foundation in understanding human rights, equity, and justice—along with practical skills to support others and create change.
You’ll explore how systems impact individuals and groups, while gaining tools to promote fairness, inclusion, and resilience.
Coursework introduces you to the foundations of social work, covering everything from child welfare to human rights, social justice, and environmental health. You’ll examine theory and practice while building tools for advocacy and change.
A minor in social work strengthens your ability to listen, empathize, and communicate with communities of all kinds.
