Submit Your Intent-to-Enroll
Activate New Student Account & Accept Offer
Go to the Chico State Portal.
Click New Student Account.
Submit ID number & birth date.
Accept Our Offer: After activating your student Portal Account, submit your decision using the Accept/Decline link at the bottom of the page.
Wildcat Gmail Account
Following activation, you will be assigned a Wildcat Gmail account.
Official notifications from the University related to enrollment, academic status, fees, holds, and financial aid will be sent to your Wildcat email only, and will not be sent to your personal email address, unless you set up email forwarding within Gmail.

Step 2: Complete Your Eligibility Requirements
All offers of admission are conditional until admission requirements are complete.
For First-Time Students

Step 3: Submit Your Final Transcripts
Submit final official transcripts postmarked no later than July 15, 2021.
