Recruitment Scholarship Opportunities
The College of Agriculture Recruitment Scholarship Application for 2024-2025 will open October 1, 2023. This application is separate from the Wildcat Scholarship Application which will open in January 2024 and have additional scholarship opportunities.
College of Agriculture recruitment scholarships are contingent upon admission into CSU, Chico, and require a declared major in one of the student programs offered by the College of Agriculture, enrollment each semester as a full-time student carrying a minimum of two courses offered through the College of Agriculture, and maintenance of a specific GPA (varies) in university course work.
How to Apply:
- The application for Fall 2024 is now closed. Please check back in late November for the Fall 2025 application.
Within the recruitment scholarship pool is the Bell Family Presidential Scholarship. Bell Family Presidential Scholars are selected from the College of Agriculture Recruitment Scholarship applicant pool based on academic achievement, commitment to agriculture, leadership, and civic engagement. First-time in college recipients receive full coverage of tuition and student fees for four years. Transfer recipients will receive full coverage of tuition and student fees for two years.
To apply for the Bell Family Presidential Scholarship, students must first complete the College of Agriculture Recruitment Scholarship Application (link above). Applicants who meet the academic eligibility for the Bell Family Presidential Scholarship are required to have a high school GPA of 3.5 and will be sent an additional request for supplemental materials.
