Womxn of Agriculture

The purpose of the CSU, Chico club is to bring together womxn and womxn supporters to further support the advancement of women within the Agricultural Industry. Womxn face many different challenges within the agriculture field, and it is the goal of the club to prepare womxn for those challenges, so they are able to have successful and rewarding agricultural careers upon graduating from college.

The goals of the club are to:

• Foster connections and relationships
• Encourage professional development
• Develop and further leadership skills
• Encourage womxn to become interested in agriculture
• Empower womxn to advance within the agricultural industry
