What can I do if I didn't receive a confirmation message after I subscribed to the service?
- Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the confirmation message.
- If you have waited 24 hours, log back into the system using 'Chico State Alerts Login' located in sidebar.
- Make sure you entered a valid email address in the email field.
- If not, enter a valid email address. When you submit your changes, another confirmation will be sent.

Have a friend send you a text message, and send one in reply. If either does not work, check with your provider as to what your plan or service includes.
