Presenter: Dr. Terence Lau, Dean, College of Business

Prior to joining CSU, Chico as a dean in 2018, Terence Lau served 16 years at the University of Dayton in Ohio, where he was program director, department chair, and associate dean in the School of Business Administration. Prior to that, Lau was in-house counsel in Ford Motor Company's legal department in Dearborn, Michigan, for five years. From 2006-2007, he was the Supreme Court Fellow assigned to the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Lau received his JD from Syracuse University in New York, and his BA from Wright State University in Ohio. He is the Managing Editor for the American Business Law Journal. 

Anne Sena (BS, Business Administration with a double major in Management Information Systems & Production and Operations Management, '97)  has been in IT and operations roles throughout her career and has a strong record of leading successful change at all levels of global corporate and school organizations.  After almost two decades at a Fortune 100 global IT company, Anne intentionally transitioned into the Director of Technology position at St. David's School in Raleigh to use her experience and expertise in support of education.  Anne's passion for education and giving back is demonstrated through her existing Chico State scholarship awarded to top-performing Business Information Systems students, which she has funded for 20 years. After many years of serving on the Business Advisory Board, Anne was named the Chairperson of the Board in the spring 2019 and continues in that role today.
