Volunteers are needed to explore how deadlift training improved strength and body composition (lean mass & bone density). Apply for our free 9-week deadlift program! It includes deadlift coaching, muscle performance testing, body composition analysis, and an opportunity to contribute to health science research.
Eligibility requirements:
- 3 months of deadlift experience
- The ability to lift between 1-1.9 times your bodyweight
- 6 months free of major injury
- Generally healthy (determined by a health history questionnaire)
- Between the ages of 18-40
