The Animal Science Program in the College of Agriculture at California State University, Chico is seeking an Assistant Tenure-Track Professor to start in August 2025. The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree (must earn California licensure within 12-months of position start date). Additional skills include demonstrated ability and experience in undergraduate education and applied research, excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in veterinary practices, herd health and immunology, animal welfare, and animal behavior.
