Medicare Part D Plan Comparison Drop-In Clinic The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period lasts from October 15 – December 7. Bring your list of prescriptions and your Medicare card to the Chico Branch of the Butte County Library at 1528 Sherman Ave anytime from 1-5pm on December 3rd. Registered Medicare counselors will be on site and available to assist with Part D or Medicare Advantage Plan comparisons and changes.
