If you enrolled in paperless W-2, you can NOW access and download your official 2024 W-2 in Cal Employee Connect (CEC). If you did not enroll in paperless W-2, you can view, but not download your W-2 in CEC. The State Controller's Office will print/mail employees' 2024 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement no later than January 31, 2025. If you do not receive your Form W-2 by February 21, 2025, please e-mail payroll@csuchico.edu to see if your paper W-2 was returned to the Human Resources Service Center. You can enroll in Cal Employee Connect to securely access and view W-2 information. Starting February 1, you can enroll in paperless W-2 for the current tax year.
