Chico State Enterprises (CSE) Town Hall Meeting: Customer Service Survey

Last Fall, Chico State Enterprises (CSE) launched its first customer service survey. We received 241 responses from three stakeholder segments: project directors, project staff, and other account holders. From the survey responses, the following key themes emerged:

  • Prioritize Expenditure and Account Management Services
  • Improve Communication and Responsiveness
  • Increase Staffing, Staff Training, and Support
  • Improve Process Efficiency and Clarity
  • Upgrade Technology and Systems
  • Offer More Customer Training
  • Develop More of a Customer Service Mindset

The concerns are clear, and there is much to be done. CSE is committed to carefully addressing each of these issues to transform and strengthen our infrastructure and services, even as extraordinary growth continues.

Please join us at a Town Hall meeting where we share preliminary action plans and obtain your input as we move forward.
