A first-generation college student, Cyanna Iñiguez (Civil Engineering, '24) overcame family pressure to stay in her rural hometown after high school. She graduated in December with a job offer from PACE Engineering and has used her experience as a catalyst to advocate for first-generation and rural students. Read more at Chico State Today.
