Gentle Yoga in the Well

Gentle yoga is a slower-paced Hatha yoga practice. Participants will enjoy poses focusing on low-impact movements, stretching, and seated poses as well as extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

This event takes place every week at varying times, as listed below:

Monday - 10-10:30am

Tuesday - 3:30-4pm

Wednesday - 9:30-10am

Thursday - 9:30-10am

Friday - 11-11:30am
