Join our Beginner Pilates class designed especially for university students! This session focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Ideal for beginners, our friendly and experienced instructor will guide you through foundational Pilates exercises in a supportive and relaxed environment. No prior experience is necessary— wear comfortable clothing, and get ready to discover the benefits of Pilates for your mind and body.
