Celebrate Mardi Gras with us on Tuesday, March 4th at Éstom Jámani Dining Center!

All students, staff, faculty, and community members are invited to enjoy delicious flavors with a special Mardi Gras menu, featuring:

Lunch: Shrimp po' boy served with Cajun fries and self-serve maque choux
Dinner: Chicken and sausage gumbo with self-serve hushpuppies
