February Focus on Wellness and Balance - Virtual Sessions

Wildcats, we want you to give yourself a Valentine this year and take some time to practice self-love and self-care. At Chico State, we are committed to supporting your well-being. Starting Monday, February 3, we'll be partnering with Empathia/Life Matters to host the following virtual sessions to address key topics designed to help you navigate personal and professional challenges while prioritizing self-care.

February 3 – Maintaining Equilibrium and Managing Relationships in Times of Uncertainty, 4pm – 5pm
This week, we'll focus on ways to manage stress and anxiety through a virtual session designed to help you stay grounded amidst change. Stay tuned for resources and strategies to help you regain a sense of control and balance.

February 10 – Stress or Success: Thriving in a Chaotic World; 4pm – 5pm
Life can often feel overwhelming. This week's virtual session will explore how to not only survive but thrive, in a world full of distractions and unpredictability. From setting boundaries to embracing flexibility, we'll provide tools to help you navigate chaos with resilience.

February 17 – Creating a Healthy Mind: Addressing Burnout; 4pm – 5pm
Burnout is a real challenge, especially during stressful times. In this virtual session, we'll dive into strategies for identifying and managing burnout, promoting mental health, and creating a sustainable balance between work and life.
