This session will provide managers with the knowledge and tools to effectively oversee represented employees within the CSU system. Participants will explore the legal framework governing employee representation and gain a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of MPPs, represented employees, and unions under the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The course also covers the best practices for consulting with campus Human Resources, Labor, and Employee Relations to ensure compliance with bargaining agreements. By the end, managers will be equipped with essential strategies and resources to navigate labor relations successfully.
