This spring semester, University Communications is celebrating graduating students who represent the University's core identity. We're looking to highlight four students from any major or graduate program through an online series that will be promoted in a special edition of Inside Chico State during the week of Commencement. This is a unique opportunity to spotlight students who've approached their education with a mindset to create change. Please review the four categories below to nominate your student.

Recognition: Connections Beyond Campus
This student has made a meaningful impact beyond the University, applying their knowledge and skills to serve communities at the local, national, or global level. Through public service, internships, research, or advocacy, they have used their Chico State education to drive positive change.

This student has actively fostered a welcoming and inclusive environment on campus. Through leadership, advocacy, and meaningful action, this student has championed initiatives that promote equity, uplift diverse voices, and strengthen the sense of belonging for all Wildcats.

This student has demonstrated a strong commitment to honoring and protecting the natural environment. Through advocacy, research, or sustainable projects, this student has used their education to promote environmental awareness and stewardship, ensuring a more sustainable future for generations to come.
