Building Resilience: A Mental Health Journey

Announced on: Tuesday, Apr. 08, 2025

Mental health is a topic that affects everyone, and this event creates space to explore the unique challenges men face—while welcoming all who want to learn, listen, and support.

Join us on Tuesday, April 8th, from 3–5 PM in BMU 309 for a conversation centered on increasing awareness, sharing practical tools for managing stress, and encouraging open, inclusive dialogue.

The panel will feature Jesse (therapist), Lupe (Director of Retention, CSC² Engineering Program), students, staff, and brothers from Nu Alpha Kappa Fraternity, Inc., each offering valuable perspectives and lived experiences.

Mental health is a journey—and community is essential. It's okay to seek help and open up.

Presented by the Campus Engagement Council in collaboration with the WellCat Counseling Center, The Well, and the AS Senator for the College of Agriculture.

The Associated Students, or "the AS," is a nonprofit auxiliary corporation of Chico State that provides programs and services created for students by students.
