ARC is Hiring Academic Coaches!

The Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) is hiring Academic Coaches for fall 2025!

Join our team and help support student success through ARC's Academic Coaching program. This initiative is designed to increase retention and graduation rates while enhancing the overall college experience for ARC students.

Academic Coaches work one-on-one with ARC students to support goal setting, foster autonomy, teach organization and time management skills, encourage self-care, and more. This is a part-time position, with an expected commitment of 10–15 hours per week.

Eligibility:
We're looking for undergraduate juniors, seniors, or graduate students in good academic standing (3.0 GPA or higher), preferably studying social work, MFP, psychological science, sociology, education, or other social sciences.
