Blood donors are needed! The next Chico State Blood Drive is on Thursday, May 1 from 10:00am-4:00pm in the BMU Auditorium. Sign up to donate blood at donors.vitalant.org. At the link, search for the Chico State event by "Blood Drive Code" and use code 100561829. Appointments are strongly recommended. Volunteers also needed. You can help make it happen by signing up to volunteer for an hour at the check-in or snack table during the blood drive! Volunteer sign up sheet. Information for donors You will be asked to complete a Fast Track Health History the day of your donation at vitalant.org/health. Eligibility guidelines have been changing, and it's a good idea to review them in advance to make sure you will be able to donate. Also, there can be CDC restrictions due to recent travel – if you have traveled outside the U.S. recently it's a good idea to call 800-289-4923 to find out if you are eligible to donate.
