Hello Downtown Chico Community, Race Communications will be installing Fiber Optic service conduits downtown starting Monday April 28. Following information is provided about this upcoming work: Dates: Monday April 28 to Wednesday Apr 30 Work Times: All work will start at 7:30 pm and will only happen at night. Streets Affected: Starting at Salem & West 3rd, down West 3rd to Broadway, then down Broadway to West 1st, then down the Esplanade curve and terminating at Northern Star Mills. Lane closures: One lane will be closed as they work on each street. There will be a flag man to direct traffic.
