Chico State is excited to announce a new open access Read and Publish agreement with Oxford University Press, making it easier and more affordable for campus authors to share their research with the world. This four-year agreement, signed in February 2025 by 20 of the 23 CSU campuses, allows Chico State faculty, researchers, and students to publish their articles open access in more than 500 OUP journals without paying an article processing charge (APC). This includes both fully open access journals and hybrid titles across a wide range of academic disciplines. For more information, please read the full article here.
