Deadlines to Submit Financial Aid Student Payment Requests

Announced on: Tuesday, Apr. 29, 2025

Deadlines to Submit Financial Aid Student Payment Requests: The deadlines to submit financial aid student payment requests were announced at the joint Financial Aid and Scholarship Office (FASO) and Chico State Enterprises (CSE) forum on April 2, 2025. Deadlines for submitting requests for Summer Term financial aid have been added and vary based on the fiscal year (FY) activity.

FASO deadlines to submit requests via Team Dynamix:

Spring Term 2025: EXTENDED to May 2, 2025
Summer Term 2025:

* FY 24/25 CSE/UF Activity: Friday, May 9, 2025

* FY 25/26 CSE/UF Activity: Friday, July 25, 2025

Fall Term 2025: Friday, November 7, 2025

FASO Notes

For FY 24/25 - FASO cannot disburse Summer student payments before May 29, 2025
For FY 25/26 – FASO cannot disburse Summer student payments before July 10, 2025
The FY must be noted in the description field on the Student Resources Disbursed by Campus Worksheet when submitted via FASO Team Dynamix

To CSE AP via check request to the appropriate CSE AP inbox

Last day of the academic year (FY 24/25 = May 16th) – EXTENDED to May 23, 2025
All financial aid student payment requests must be approved by FASO to be processed
FY 25/26 CSE/UF Activity (Summer and Fall) cannot be submitted before July 1, 2025
