Managing employee performance is one of a supervisor's most important jobs- evaluations are an essential part of this process. This session will identify key steps to successfully prepare for performance evaluations and provide an overview of the different requirements for all five unions, timelines, and best practices.

Learning objectives:

Articulate the value of evaluations
Implement steps to evaluate performance year-around
Consideration of employees' input and right to rebuttal
