Be Part of the Soft Launch!
Foundations and Futures Mentorship Pilot Program
We are excited to announce the soft launch of the Foundations and Futures Mentorship Program—a short-term pilot designed to connect State-Side Staff and MPPs in meaningful mentorship relationships, while shaping the future of the full-length program.
The goal of the soft launch is to provide a glimpse into the Foundations and Futures Mentorship Program. Participating Mentors and Mentees will provide feedback on the Mentorship Program before the official launch in Fall 2025.
This 2-month pilot is your opportunity to participate in the early development of a mentorship initiative focused on growth, collaboration, and connection—and help us make it better for everyone! We are looking for 10 Mentors and 10 Mentees across various divisions and departments.
Who We're Looking For
Mentors: Seasoned State Side Staff or MPP employees who are open to sharing their knowledge, listening deeply, and shaping the future of mentorship at Chico State and have been continuously employed with the university for 1 year.
