Whether you've already navigated parts of CHRS or have yet to step aboard, your feedback is essential. It helps us map the path forward, identifying what's working, what's unclear, and how we can support every traveler on this new route.
Your voice shapes how we grow, adapt, and ensure this system serves us all. Thank you for being part of the past, present, and future journey. We'll continue to travel with you as CHRS becomes part of our everyday work. Together, we've embarked on a bold new journey with the launch of CHRS (Common Human Resources System)—a transformative upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2 that's reshaping how we utilize the HR system and data at Chico State. Please help us continue to empower employee success and identify areas that need attention by taking the CHRS survey sent from the Chancellor's Office.
Many of you joined us at Coffee & Cruise, where we set sail on this transition with curiosity, questions, and coffee in hand. You met with subject matter experts, explored the system, and helped us build momentum.
