Starting in the new Fiscal Year (July 1, 2025) all donations, along with any supporting documentation, must be taken to Kendall Hall, Rm 114, instead of Cashiering (SSC 230). Any donations received after July 1 that are dated in June, must be remitted immediately to Kendall 114 by July 10 in order to be logged under the current fiscal year 2024-2025. Timely processing of these donations is essential to ensure accurate financial reporting. For new donation deposit forms, please send a request with your campus zip to giftservices@csuchico.edu.
