Marketplace Café Specials | Week of June 9th

Did you know the Marketplace Café is open during the summer? Come try something new! Located in the Bell Memorial Union, Marketplace Café's Smokehouse Deli is open with a full lunch menu available, featuring hot & cold sandwiches made from meats and vegetables sourced right here, at Chico State. Please see details below for this week's specials.

• Tuna Melt: House-made tuna salad, melty cheddar cheese, and hearty rye bread, all toasted to golden perfection.
• Grilled Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich: Tender grilled chicken with creamy pesto mayo, tangy pickled red onions, crisp spring mix, juicy tomato, and melty provolone cheese on a warm, toasted ciabatta roll.
• Sesame Chili Cucumber Salad: Cool, crunchy cucumbers and crisp shredded carrots tossed in a dressing made with rice vinegar, green onions, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic, ginger, agave, spicy chili flakes, sriracha, and nutty sesame seeds.
• Mushroom Swiss Sam Smash Burger: Perfectly seasoned beef patty, smothered in melty Swiss cheese, savory caramelized onions, and tender sautéed mushrooms. Served on a soft, buttery brioche bun. Fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, and pickles are available on the side.
