Did you know the Marketplace Café has weekly specials? Come try something new! Located in the Bell Memorial Union, Marketplace Café's Smokehouse Deli is open during the summmer with a full lunch menu available, featuring hot & cold sandwiches made from meats and vegetables sourced right here, at Chico State. Please see details below for this week's specials. Carrot Ribbon Salad: Delicately shaved carrots mingled with crisp red onion, aromatic garlic, and fresh dill, all marinated in red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with a touch of red chili flakes for a bright, vibrant finish. Italian Chop Salad: A bold, satisfying mix of shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, tender chickpeas, and savory salami, topped with aged parmesan and tossed in a tangy housemade Italian vinaigrette. Crisp, hearty, and full of flavor.
