Go-Live Reminder: On-Campus Student Assistants Recruitments Transitioning to Human Resources

Effective August 1st, all On-Campus Student Assistant Recruitments will be managed under the oversight of Human Resources. Beginning on this date, all new recruitments for On-Campus Student Assistants will transition from Handshake to the CHRS Recruiting platform, PageUp. As a reminder, students will still search and find all on-campus student positions through the Handshake platform. Students will be directed in Handshake to apply through CHRS.

Please Note: Any recruitments initiated in Handshake prior to August 1st will continue through the Handshake platform with the oversight from the Career Center until completion.

To support this transition, we invite you to attend our upcoming office hours for training in the new system:

July 23rd- 10:00 AM- Zoom
July 31st- 1:00 PM- Zoom
August 5th- 3:00 PM- Zoom

These sessions will include an overview of the new system and provide an opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.

Reminder: Faculty Affairs and Success will continue to manage the recruitment process for Instructional Student Assistants (ISA's), Teaching Associates (TA's), and Graduate Assistants (GA's).
