Chico State UndocuAlly Training is a two-hour professional development opportunity hosted by the Dream Center to support faculty, staff, and administrators in deepening their understanding of undocumented students, students from mixed-status families, and immigrant communities. Our UndocuAlly training equips our campus community with knowledge about immigration policy, educational access, and the systemic barriers undocumented students face. At the same time, we highlight the resilience, leadership, and cultural wealth these students bring to our university. Participating in UndocuAlly training demonstrates your commitment to increasing student retention and supporting the graduation of undocumented and mixed-status students. Join us in creating a campus where all students feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
