Promote Your Event or Program with University Housing!

Want to reach an audience of more than 1,700 students with just one email? University Housing can help promote your Chico State event or program. We feature digital display screens in most of our residential community lobbies, giving your program high visibility to our on-campus community.

How to Submit Your Ad for Display

Email us at housing@csuchico.edu with your completed ad as an attachment, ensuring it meets the guidelines below:

Key Details:

1. Design Specifications — Attach your ad in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format. Resolution should be 1920 x 1080 pixels (horizontal).
2. Cost — Displaying your ad is free for campus departments.
3. Run Time — Each ad displays for 10 seconds before rotating to the next.
4. Duration — Ads with specific event dates will run through the date of the event. Ads without a specific event date will run for a maximum of 30 days.
5. Submission Process — Email your file as an attachment to housing@csuchico.edu with the following included in the body of the email:

7. Sponsoring department
8. Contact information
9. Preferred start and end date for display

Pro Tip: Submitting your ad at least five business days before your desired start date will help ensure timely posting.
