HACU Emerging Leader's Virtual Summit - Friday!

Virtual career development event for students!

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is accepting applications for its Emerging Leaders' Summit to be hosted virtually on Friday, August 29, 2025. from 11 am to 3 pm PT (1-5 pm CT). College students majoring in STEM and business related fields are encouraged to apply!

The Emerging Leaders' Summit is designed for students from HACU-member institutions, like Chico State, to develop their leadership potential. Participants will engage in workshops, panel discussions focused on leadership development, career readiness and have the chance to connect with HACU's partners actively networking and recruiting for internship opportunities.

Summit Objectives:

• Engage and learn about career insights with industry professionals.
• Gain tips on networking and securing internship opportunities.
• Enhance your resume, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Meet and establish a network with other diverse talent in the local region.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2.5 GPA, 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Actively enrolled at a HACU-member institution (like Chico State)
• All majors encouraged to apply!
