Foundations and Futures Mentorship Program
We are excited to announce the full launch of the Foundations and Futures Mentorship Program, a yearlong initiative designed to connect State-Side Staff and MPP employees in meaningful mentorship relationships that foster career growth, skill-building, and collaboration across campus.
Who We're Looking For
Mentors: Seasoned State-Side Staff or MPP employees who are willing to share their knowledge, offer guidance, and support the growth of others.
Mentees: State-Side Staff or MPP employees interested in career development, professional growth, and building supportive professional relationships.
What You'll Do
- Participate in mentorship meetings (minimum 1 hour per month)
- Receive tools and resources to guide conversations and goal-setting
- Engage in ongoing communication (email, Teams, or in-person)
- Take part in regular check-ins and provide feedback to support program growth

Program Duration: 1 Academic Year (October 2025 to May 2026)
Kickoff & Orientation: October 1, 2025
Applications Due By: September 12, 2025
All applicants must receive administrator approval to participate
