Diversity Summit is Back!

All students are welcome to come and participate in 3 days of community, workshops, & nature

When: Friday–Sunday, October 3–5
Where: Camp Via West, Cupertino, CA
Hosted by: The Affinity Centers & Cross-Cultural Leadership Center (CCLC)

Join us for a weekend of community-building, workshops, and outdoor fun designed to help you grow as a leader and connect across identities. All experience levels welcome!

Cost & Deposit
A refundable $20 deposit is required to hold your spot and will be returned after the trip.
Scholarships are available upon request—no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

How to Participate
Please complete all steps by the deadlines below:

Register: Fill out and submit the registration form by Wednesday, September 17.
Pay your deposit: Submit the $20 refundable deposit to the CCLC (MLIB 172)

• Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Fri 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Release of Liability Form: Complete at the CCLC (MLIB 172).
• Emergency Contact Form: Complete at the CCLC (MLIB 172).

Mandatory pre-trip meeting: Wednesday, September 24 at 4:30 p.m. at the CCLC (MLIB 172).

What to Expect
Identity-based and cross-community breakout sessions
Skill-building workshops on inclusive leadership
Team challenges and reflective activities in nature
Time to relax, connect, and recharge
