Performance evaluations don't have to be dreaded—they can be a powerful tool to motivate, develop, and retain top talent. This training will equip managers to turn evaluations into a year-round leadership tool that drives employee growth and strengthens team performance. Explore how to confidently navigate CSU policies, prepare for evaluations, and apply best practices that promote fairness, inclusion, and continuous development. By the end, you won't just "check the box" on evaluations—you'll lead with intention and build a culture of continuous feedback and development. Date: 9/23/25 Time: 2 PM-4 PM Register in CSU Learn.
