The relationship between higher education and politics has shifted. Disciplines that seemed distant to political changes have been impacted in new ways as funding streams have opened and closed. We will meet weekly to discuss readings from the political left and the political right, which are critical of higher education. We will all read things we strongly disagree with. The goal of this experience is to be exposed to ideas and consider them in good faith to better understand perceptions of higher education. Interested?
